In an effort to streamline the event notifications a couple things have changed. The calendar on the website will include all upcoming events. This should be the first place you check for current information. I know with our busy lifestyles we occasionally need a reminder.
Here is what I have set up. I will be sending out a twitter message, sending an email (to subscribers), and updating the facebook page one week before scheduled events.
